College Evo
I would have waited! its super stressful sometimes. And im always worried about my next payment/insurance and money to spend on social activities.
I have the mod bug btw
Your White IX looks perfect when i see it on the streets!
, i have also seen a white IX parked at a business office (it appears to be) right near 26th an Asbury, right by sheets? it appears to be exactly like yours but im not really sure?
What color VIII does your friend moving back from Texas have?
And for Evos in Erie there are suprisingly quite a few, and quite a few ricers... and for blue evos...never seen one. ha

It's black, can't remember the fancy name for it.
Haters and Car thieves man, watch out. Haters will key it, open doors into it in the TIGHT parking spaces. Thieves know mommy and daddy by their preciousness new rides before they are off to school so they try to rip it off.
Get the evo and have fun with it. Thats what its for FUN. I vote anyone who can afford one get one in college or not. Insurance is there for a reason in case some one decides to key it.
Damn reading this thread puts lotsss of doubts in my mind. I'm off to college by next fall and hoping to get an evo. Don't know if UT Austin is a good place to take a precious car like that.
suggestions?
suggestions?
Don't get an Evo. My car still got messed with during the one SUMMER I actually lived in on-campus housing while owning my Evo. Get something a little less flashy, as jerks will be less likely to mess with it.
I have an Evo at college and I am a sophomore. Prior to this, I drove an RX-8 and had no problems. I go to Wake Forest and we have excellent security, however. Also, alot of other kids have nice cars, so vandalism isn't a problem. I would go for it.
