the evo IX and the new STI in factory stage looks like are simular, maybe the new STI even better. Defenietly in this video the new body shape and set up helped for the STI. /18' wheels -wider tires-bigger brakes etc./ It is deffenietly a big improvement from the Subaru side. So a big thumbs up for them on the performance side.
The old STI evo battle we thru on that. It is interesting How the IX beat both X, thought.

the times are interesting too. And remember the IX never got a chance for the "clean lap".

1 new sti 1'05'67

I forgot that the japaneese market's sti gets the high strung 2.0 instead of our odd 2.5. taking that flat4 to 8k rpms yummy!!
