at our dealer we let customers bring Mobil1 or other oil and do it for them for a small fee and Mitsu filter.

Mobil1 synthetics - about $25 for a jug at walmart these days.

OEM oil filter and crush rings = $10 at most altogether

Do it yourself = $0

That is not Mobil 1 EP... That is for their Hydro-Cracked Products...

Went to Wally World to check it out last night.... EP is the PAO Based (30%) $28.50

AMSOIL ATM 10W-30 100% Synthetic will run you $36.25 Plus Tax, Delivered

Now, if you want the Ultimate in Protection, I would go to The AMSOIL Dominator Series, Either the RD-20 or RD-30 .. 4 qts $43.30 Plus Tax

Yea the Wally world prices tend to varry a bit. After 110k miles of oil changes in the past 4 yrs or so I've seen Mobil 1 go anywhere from as low $19 to as much $30.

We buy Diaqueen (transfer case and rear differential) from the stealership or online and we do it ourselves.

They just Rape you too bad on the OEM Fluid and you never know who makes it as it goes out for bid every couple years.

I am going to stick to the stock fluids but I've never changed my tranny fluid or diff fluid. I'm at 18500 miles and I don't think it's been done yet. I do my own oil but never done any of the other stuff. Is there a DIY out there??

So it sounds like a lot of you guys use ramps. Do you find that the oil doesnt drain all the way because the car is not level?

What type of ramps are you guys using? Are most of you lowered or no?
