? I dont understand your question. Are you asking about putting the MBC there and leaving the boost solenoid plumbing connected?

Glad to hear you got your car boosting properly. Did you ever check your boost level with a boost gauge that sits at 0 with the car off?

I bet it feels much better. You better get a tune using a boost controler, you don't want to damage the engine. Considering your original problem a tune is probably in order anyway, because you don't know what parts were on it before, and it is probably still tuned for the old owners set up.

I think he means if there was a pill in that line, if that is what he meant then no, there in no pill in the dv to mani line...And about the OP's ? of where the mr boost gauge is teed into, from what i have read its teed off the fuel pressure regulator, which is on the left side of the engine.

pull of your vaccum line to your actuator drive the car, if the boost goes up its not your gauge its a leak

I t'd it in between the bov and intake manifold. And I'm using the heavy spring. You think I should use the lighter spring? And I'm getting a new boost guage next, and a TBE. Then tune

I suppose any boost source will do. I completely removed the stock lines running to the boost solenoid and used the turbo nipple for the boost source when I was running a mbc. I thnk you need to run the heavy spring.

I have it t'd in between bov and intake man, then I have it hooked to wastegate and the turbo nipple is capped off, solenoid capped off, and intake nipple capped off. I put in the heavy spring and with it as loosen as it will go I still push about 1.6+ which equals about 24psi . So I put in the small spring
