Need help on a HTA 35r Set up

I im doing a build on a 2003 EVO. Im going with the Buschur Racing HTA 35r Turbo kit. I am going to
get a tune on the STOCK ECU. My question is. What kind of intake do i run to do this set up?

What i really wanted to do was put a intake right off the tubo just like a 4" filter. Can i do that on a STOCK ECU? If so what about the MAF.

Also was thinking about gettting the Buschur Racing intake. Would i need anything else for that to work on the HTA 35r?

I use the buschur intake. with the stock ecu make sure you use the MAF on your intake.
