i have it because it came with my car. i got the gauges, blue e brake, blue gauge gluster outline, and low profile gt wing for free because the car came with big ugly evo 8 sticker on both sides of the car. and since the dealer didnt want to take the sticker off i got that stuff for free. and i took the stickers off with a glue removal bottle that cost me $3 dollars.

I wouldn't have minded if it came with the car but I went by mitsu and asked what it would cost to have it put in my evo and they wanted well over 600 bucks for their cheap *** inacurate gauges to be mounted in a very cheap plastic molding.

Got any pics now? I've bought the 42 kit, but haven't installed it yet.

i got the guage with mine cuz its a MR. Its nice to have but not really that accurate. Its also like eveyone says in a horrible spot, but it does look clean. I have a blitz turbo timer which can also read my boost when u attach the hose and its more accurate than the mit one, but the mit guages aren't that bad. Its about 10 off on average compared to what my blitz timer says. I''m eventuely going to sell those guages and get some blitz guages and put them where i can see them better.

if i had a mr i would relocate the boost and the other 2 gauges with the radio it just makes sense the radio should be at the bottom at ur finger tips and gauge where u could see them duh, im i rite?who agrees as far as loading a cd i relocated my radio at the bottom and the shifter never gets in my way but then again i got a pioneer deck

Just got mine done for my 04 Rs and I did it myself! F!@# the Dealer they just want your money! Looks good but working on those red back lights! Painted them but they still don't match? but the move up looks better. My Kenwood looks better down where the gauges used to go. But I'm still gonna add a REAL BOOST GAUGE! Not the same if you ask me. Yeah it's Vac. but got a sweet deal on the kit! "150 as is" nothing wrong just an opened box" I'll post my pics tommorow with some fresh new snow from Yo!

I agree with relocating the gauges. It just makes good sense. Don't forget Pioneer sells a mean 12 disk CD changer! I have 3 of them and they are built like tanks and work great.

FYI, 42 Designs sold the kit pictured in my link for about the same price. You may be able to get the RED LEDs from them. The resultant lighting is almost a perfect match.
