That supporting mod setup will net you over 500 hp on 93 on a dynojet. POrting the exhaust manifold and hotside to the turbo will help boost control. Porting the intake manifold and TB will net extra HP as well.
I don't think he'll need the 4" IC. He should be fine with a 3.5". Unless he plans to run meth I don't see the need for 1200CC injectors either. He could get away with 1000CC injectors and depending on boost he could do 880CC. This thread is too general to give him answers and I feel like everyone is answering based on other mods they've "seen" not reall experienced first hand.

FWIW you can run a black without a ported throttle body; most of these mods that have been listed are part of the responding posters "dream list."

Well every1 is going on about porting both my manifolds but guys I already told u I can't port it because of my location..we don't have porting services here...for the cams I'll stick with the hks because of the drivability as often daily drive the car on busy roads and putting in kelfords would make it quite difficult to drive..
My goal is to have a 480-500whp daily driven car which I can pull hard for da occasional drag or street race as well.

Fuel pump?? I already have a walbro installed? Isint it enough..do I need a different one?

I'm driving Mon-Friday 15miles to and from work on Kelford 272's. I'm not sure what drivability issues you speak of but it sounds like the tuner you are going to deal with needs to learn how to tune the idle tables. My rpm idle is 850. I'm not saying you can't get to your goal with the HKS but the Kelfords are good for a +50hp over the HKS. Also you will need to run 1200cc injectors because lets say you run about 28psi 880's are not even going to come close to what you need in terms of fuel. I know someone who is running the black he had a 3.5" IC and 1k injectors and he had to get a 4" and 1200cc injectors to safely run the 500hp range. Also without the port work and the cams on my choice there was no way I would be able to make the power that I did. Maybe if you had a MIVEC head you could do it with your setup.
