Yeah but at the end of the day a bad driver is gonna have an easier time running a 10 in an 8 second car then in a 10 second car lol.

SO all you bad drivers that want to hit 8s, get a 6 second car

walbro 255 fuel pump Doesn't need one on a mildly-modded IX
I dunno because you want to make sure your getting enough fuel especially if your getting the car tuned after all the mods. Then again I drive an 8 maybe it's different from the 9?

A IX has a bigger fuel pump than the VIII.

[Edit:] As a side note, when I first joined this forum, there was guy here who just hated to see folks installing useless mods. Some may remember Warrtalon. Now, some 4 years later, I can relate to his frustration. At that time Buschur Racing, in partnership with Warrtalon, offered modding packages for the VIII and the IX. They included exactly the parts one needed to uncork the motor and preserve/improve the car's drivability. No fluff, no useless junk, no money spent on no gains except for a worse-running car. In many ways, the community would benefit from a similar approach.
