What do you mean it just wont clear? are you trying to clear it with the car running? If not and your trying to clear it and it comes right back on with engine off i have a hard time believing its cam timing causing it!

I seen you said you got tuned? If so I am assuming you the cars power is where it needs to be for the time being. As far as the light, just erasing the code does not get rid of the code. It will keep coming back. As long as the car isnt having issues power wise, driveability and such, then you need to have the code disabled. Your tuner can do this using w/e program he used to reflash your ecu. He simply needs to hook up to your ecu, go in to the portion where you see all the cel codes, he can disable it so that the light will not come back on.

it is lacking power still, its holding back. my mivec doesnt seem to be working, im about 700 to 800 rpms away from where my power used to come in at. it put the car in a limp mode but we got it back to 341/330, but its disappointing. im almost to the point of getting rid of it unfortunatley.

Good stuff. He should pm pretty quick. I know he is a busy man. I can give you his number to his shop if you need it through PM. Just let me know. Would hate to see you sell your car for something that could be an easy fix.
