clutch less shifting

i was wonder if clutch less shifting if ok to do on a syncromesh gearbox i have been looking at dog boxes and ppg says you can daily drive them and has vid to back it up. (thats the cool part) i have started doing it on my gear box no grinds or any thing i have only been using the clutch to start out

will it hurt my syncros or my clutch?

how do you always match the shifts to the revs? If you miss once you can brake some stuff... IDK

i make sure my revs are decent not too bog down let torque off the tranny shift to next gear and while im moving in to next gear yo can feel it slide in and get lightly on the gas

Not smart. You will kill the syncros. You need straight cut gears to be able to shift properly without the clutch

that seems like a time consuming process/task, why not just push the clutch in and shift, no risks and probably faster than your method

Your not gonna wear your clutch out just driving around. Id rather replace a clutch then rebuild a trans anyday

You can make a synchromesh trans shift perfect without using the clutch if the revs are matched, but that's why they made synchros.

Like others have said, if you want to shift w/o a clutch, get a dogbox. I had a PPG dogbox in my 06 WRX, and it was a badass transmission. I definitely would not recommend daily driving it unless your good at double clutching and prepared to rebuild the trans every so often when the dogs wear down. When the dogs wear down, your car will start popping out of gear because the edges of the dogs round off instead of being square.
