I was wondering how much horse power u get from a turbo set up and the price of it and such. What kind of stuff do you have to do to keep everything running smooth? How fast can u go from 0-60?

for a $500 turbo set up you can get 300 more horsepower and smoke corvettes and anything else you wanted. 0-60 times in about 3-4 seconds and 1/4 your gonna be getting around a mid 9. You can buy them at Pep boys the number one performance shop in the world.

Sounds like someone who doesn't own one making a comment on a car he's never driven.

Now granted it's not the fastest thing in the world. You'll probably pull mid to low 14's at best in a quarter, but forced induction is by far the most beneficial increase you can make to the Lancer's output in regards to cost vs effectiveness. I don't know how everyone else's turbocharged Lancers pull (esp in high gears) but I went from 60-110 like it was nothing when my car was running...when its fixed I anticipate even more. keep in mind that this was with a cylinder running very lean (I've mentioned it before, but it seems like I had a problem with the injector on my #2 cyl).

Reliability may vary. I've had problems with my custom kit, but then again I picked it up half finished after waiting too long and needing a car to drive when I lost my backup. At any rate, the vast majority of people have had no problems in regards to reliability. Of course this does not count negligence or severe abuse.
