Yes another One... WHICH TURBO!!?!?
you can add a poll to your thread in the upper right hand corner...
I vote FP Black for fun. That steel on steel bearing makes me paranoid. Though. my Red lasted a couple of years or torture

eh thats what im afraid of i need something reliable, what would thy do if i bought the turbo from them, 2000 miles later boom turbo blows... would they warranty it??
6262 turbo with .63..The best part is you can turn down the boost to like 18 psi and still make low 400's and want to get hairy put it to 28 psi or 30 psi and your gonna pull back your eyebrows when the turbo smacks..The bad thing about those turbos' you choose there stock frame and journal bearing which fail rather quickly. Also nothing feels or sounds like a t3 kit endless power.
HKS 7460 GTII turbo. It is complete bolt on and capable of providing mid 400s in awhp and tq with a spool identical to an oem turbo. Although it is capable of those numbers, it is maxing out the turbo on e85, but it is a ball bearing turbo and has a higher capability of reliability.
If you are willing to sacrifice spool time, I would choose the FP Red for you. The black, although can be 'detuned' and you can have room for improvement, will be more laggy. The Red compliments the stock 2.0 engine very nicely.
All in all, it sounds like you need to perform more research into picking out what turbo upgrade will suite your style and budget.

I am not 100% sure so do not quote me...but I believe FP has a warranty on their turbos however, the repair time and the time others are waiting for their turbos to be repaired, converted, etc is 2-3 months.
They say stupid things like if there's a filter in it or a piece of a motor then no..lol.They did the first and didn't the second one Sucks cause I had to pay for my uninstall and reinstall.
Here is something that may make you lean towards the HKS turbo...

Hard to get e85 in jersey Only like 1 or 2 stations.I think the hks turbo loves e85.
my red lasted for 3+ years 64mm to and making 500awhp an 440 tq on e85

If I had to choose a stock frame turbo I would do the black it's almost like a t3 but stock location and makes good power on pump. The bad thing is these turbos like the red,and black like light boost and if you run past 32 psi on them your shorten the life span of them.Gl with your choice either way in the end anything is better them a stock peanut turbo.I would never go back to a stock or stock framed turbo again unless I was road racing,.

a stock peanut turbo that people run 9's in and spools extremely quick.
an fp black on his setup will achieve around 30psi by around 4600rpm.
If you've never owned an fp black you have no room to knock it.
I ran my black out to 41psi and no issues on a 2.3L. Ive daily driven on it the entire last summer on a 2.3L at 35-36psi and no issues.
Theres a reason it has steel on steel thrust bearing design.. these turbos were designed to boost to hell and back.
but based on the fact your hta green numbers were so low, expect your hks numbers to be just as low if not lower. ive done 450 on the green with 93oct on 2-3 guys now.
Their mod lists where like this: full turbo back exhaust + o2 dump, ecu boost control, bov, intake, injectors & pump, decent size cams, 3"+ fmic, lower icp.
so maybe your car wasn't tuned to its max potential if it got stuck at 360, or the fuel is not good quality? i would look into different cams also as your hks 272 are pretty mild cams.
with whatever you choose good luck. just keep in mind the turbo is not just the only key component to making power, your mods all must work together to make good power.
