What exactly does this mean, is it that great?

I am looking at buying an evo (yeah I read the stuff up top about this) but I found a couple but one says "race preped" or race built from the factory. He says the engine is built a lot better and will last longer. The race built car only has 14K miles, Fully built bottom end, and put out 323hp. It apparently used to have a full roll cage in it and what not so he doesn't have the back seat, and the door panels are for automatic windows and the car has manual windows, How hard is it to convert to automatic windows? I can fix the interior, I'm just curious about the value of the car with this "race built" stuff. are any of the mods listed sketchy or something I will hate for a daily driver?
It has these mods:
-18x9.5 enkie NO3's
-slotted rotters
-25mm spacers in front
-swift drop springs
-gtspec front cross brace
-cusco front and rear anti swaybars
-new act cluch kit
-buddy club low max seat rails
-sparco suede stearing wheel
-works bell detachable stearing hub
-wiesco 9:0:1 pistons
-cp rods
-cosworth crank
-APR headstuds
-kelford 272 cams
-supertech titanium valve train
-manual boost controller
-agressive professional tune
-walbro 255l fuel pump
-custom bent full turbo back exhaust
-buddy club titanium lugs
-k&n short ram intake

Thats all the pics I have, Just want to know the real value of this car, any input would help.
Thanks guys.

As you're already asking about converting to power windows, most likely YES! This is said without accounting for the build and the reliability/drivability issues that stem from it.

The only factory "built" engines from mitsu had all oem components. Knowing who built it will be a big factor. Most of the parts listed are of good quality. I'd be curious why anyone has a built motor running 323whp?

No - for a daily driver, you'll be putting in a lot to return it back to having the creature comforts like passenger seats and such...let alone the trust value in knowing what kind of work put in...not worth it if you ask me...find another

Unless this seller can provide with information on who did work on the car then don't buy it. This car is a RS it was never meant to have power windows or a sound system. This car has no sound deadening. You can hear every sound from the outside. It would not make a good DD. This is a track dedicated car.

Save your money and buy a GSR Evo IX SE.

I wouldn't want to deal with that much of a headache trying to make it comfortable like everyone else said.. not worth it imho.. I haven't touch my bottom end or stock viii turbo and got more power than that with just 272 cams, injectors, intake, fuel pump and a tune :/ idk how much hp it should be putting out but I personally think it would be higher?? Hopefully someone else could also chime in about that that knows about built engines more than me.. either way good luck with your evo hunt

Stay away

I also am in Utah and have seen this evo on ksl. I would stay away from any car that is ''race built'' unless you personally know the seller. There is a reason this car has been for sell for almost a year now and who knows what it is. I bought my evo 8 with 52k and what looked like completly stock. Over the past two years of upgrading slowly I have found evidence that the previous owner had a lot done to it and returned it to "stock". For a daily driver that car would give you nothing but head aches even though it looks good and the miles are low. I would shop around and find one you can upgrade yourself over time. Just my opinion!!!!

It also has an Auction Direct tag on the license plate!!!! Any car that comes from there is fishy in my eyes.
