Does any evo 9 MR come with a sunroof?

Hey guys, this is my first post as i recently joined, but have been looking and reading on here for quiet a bit now. Anyways, I tried to search but couldn't find an answer, does the evo 9 MR come with a sunroof? I mean i know they have the aluminum roof, but didn't they also have a SSL option? Just hoping you guys could clear this up for me, as i plan on pulling the trigger soon and just deciding which model is best for me, thanks!

No, the option on the MR your thinking of is the SE which has real leather (and more of it) and red stitching on the seats

you don't want a sun roof unless its a dd only evo anyway

^^^ huh? nope, the ssl has a sun roof, all leather seats but no red stitching. SE is suede, leather w/red stitching, and mr/gsr leather and suede.

Nope.

You can add an aftermarket sunroof to an MR, but it's not a great idea since the roof is filmsy.

MR's all came with foglights. They're built into the headlight housing, not separate. AFAIK they all had foglights, not positive about the RS though.

There is a MR and a MR SE. Neither have sunroofs.

MR SE came with the silver BBS's (instead of grey like normal MR), and red stitching on the seats.

All MR's come with HID, foglights, 6spds, bilsteins, and alum roofs.

There is no SSL option for the MR.

if you want sunroof you need to get gsr or SSL. The 5 speed is a better tranny anyways and the notion made earlier in this thread of sunroof only for DD is crap. My evo can do it all and i can still enjoy fun in the sun after track days etc. If you are trying to save a much weight as possible those types of people then you should be looking at a broke down(no options) RS. If you plan on a all around evo sunroof is fine. The Mr is a good car but if you plan on doing some exstinsive mods then avoid it only because a tranny swap will be in your future.

Only the GSR model was available with the SSL option. The sunroof is a great thing to have, along with the nice interior and decent stereo system.

And the GSR is only offered as an Evo 10. What everyone is calling a GSR is just your standard Evo.
