ebay cold air intake

what do you guys think about the ebay cold air intake for 02-03 lancer. It seem to do the same job as the AEM or Injen and the price is like $70.

I have AEM myself, and the kit almost looks identical to that one. (minus all my cool stickers and ****)

why not pick it up, if its wicked, let us know, if it rattles then tell everyone and shut down those guys..

is it mas compatible? i would really stick with name brand because i have dealt with companies like this and there has always been a problem for me. aem replies right away and you get a choice of colors and the filter is washable.

even if that particular filter sucks, you could always pop on another one..

it comes with an adapter plate so its compatible with the mas. it only replaces what is in front of the mas and not after it.

i htink the ebay one will do the same job as the AEM one and what have you. the only difference i think is that the name brand ones will have a bigger diameter on the filter. as for rattling, thats always curable. and for the MAS compatability, all that is need is that one custom plate with the opening for a tube, which looks like is all included.

it does have the same function but it wont do the same thing. it doesnt replace as much tubing with a less restrictive replacement.
