So I'm still getting used to my new evo. Can someone PLEASE explain what the difference is between having the traction off and then holding it for like 3 seconds and having the AYC off??? Ive searched around but couldn't really find a clear answer. And also whats better to get sideways in! Thanks!!

you can not turn the ayc off, because the AYC manages the workings of the rear diff and vecors power from left to right to get rid of the understeer.. ... but you can turn the ESP off completely.. (that is the 3 sec thing..)

best for sideways is ESP off completely..
