What maintenance to do???
What maintenance to do???
As much as I love driving my 2011 Evo X RS, I'm still a novice when it comes to cars/ mechanics/ maintenance... So please, don't be too harsh on my rather stupid thread.
The reason for this thread, is so I can learn about maintenance, and not always ask my car shop to check what needs to be done.
This is what I know I should do:
Engine oil: change after so and so km.
Oil filter: should replace when changing oil. (I assume)
Brake-pads: change when they're worn-out (obviously)
Tires: same as brake-pads, when they're worn-out.
Apart from the above, I'm not entirely sure what needs to be done.
I know of "break fluid, air intake filter, gear-box fluid", but no idea if or when it needs to be changed?!
Could anyone help me understand this better?
And truly sorry for the dumb question...
Cheers.

RS as no SST, only 5 speed manual. Its the stripped-down version, meant for pure racing and tuning. No speakers, no audio player, no abs, no air con, no recaro seats, no s-awc, 100kgs lighter. It comes with only 16" wheels tires, no brembo brakes, shocks are very simple. You have to ad all the parts you need soon after buying the RS.
