Looking to buy an 8 or 9

Hey guys, would you rather buy at stock evo or a mildly build or fully built evo? I've been looking at some and this one has my attention, I love everything about it but im wondering if its worth 23k id offer him probably 19k cash in hand. Is he a member on this forum (Illinois). Let me know what you would rather buy? Stock or Mildly built.

Thanks

P.s. I miss my M3 lol, I will be picking up another one as soon as I pick up an evo first.

IF you seen any other nice ones with LOW MILES post them on here im willing to fly out and pick it up if its worth it.

Mostly looking for a WHITE, BLACK, GRAY, or RED.

You want to buy a 05 with 80k Odometer for $23,000? You actually think its worth that much? That's not a dealer its a private seller. Dealers in our Area, IL, sell these cars for $22-23 a private seller should be asking like $18 for that thing. Go for a stock One man. A Toyota dealer has like 3 in stock right now that all look real clean.

A little bit too much. Just go stock and mod it to your preferences. That way you will love it even more and know how good the quality of the mods are. You never know how good this thing was put together so buying modded vehicles is sort of a risk.

I bought my car already modded so it wouldn't bother me but this car has too many mods for me. He says he's making 500hp on the stock IX turbo(doubtful)in that ad so you know he's pushing the hell out of that turbo. Who knows what could be wrong with that car.
