Since my Grand Am sucks. I am now looking for a new car. My brother (the infamous b_tapper ) is telling me to get a Lancer. So tell me why I should get one

Because they're awesome cars to drive, they get good gas mileage, aparantly they're insurance friendly, and they handly acceptionally well.
How many reasons do you need? If you're coming from a Grand Am, its going to be a HUGE step up.

 

it's a phat looking 4 door, does get good gas, has an emerging aftermarket. and #1 reason IT"S NOT A HONDA CIVIC

 

I can name off a couple reasons...

1. It looks better than the Grand Am
2. It probably handles alot better
3. More aftermarket potential
4. Not too many of them on the road
5. Imports are better

That's all I can think of right now

 

It's everything thatchick said plus more. The car drives real smooth and hugs the corners very well like chicky said. Plus it's good looking,nice lines and if you don't we'll all kick you *** off the forum. (JUST KIDDING) It's a great car.

 

Let me tell you, I bought mine in complete ignorance, but out of all the stupid things I've ever done in my life without thinking, this is probably going to be the best mistake.
I left the house going to wal-mart, stopped at a few car dealerships to see if they had anything (of course most didn't), test drove a Lancer, and here it sits in my driveway

Let me tell you, I had some punk waving at me all the way down the interstate (or freeway wherever everyone's from) and it was all the car! It gets some real looks!
