Hoping to be an Evo owner =]

Hey, I'm new to this site and in the market for an EvoX GSR. I've found the threads I've read so far very helpful and maybe I can contribute sometime soon if I find the right car at the right price.

Currently I drive an 01 Integra GSR that I've had for 6ish years and just need a change. I'm located in the Denver area and am in school. I used to autocross but haven't had much time lately with work. I miss it like crazy, though.

Just wanted to introduce myself! Hope to speak with some of you guys soon.

-Robin

Welcome to the site! I just joined as well (good to see other newbies around).

I just bought a 2014 Evo GSR and strangely enough had an Integra GSR in the past. I got a pretty nice deal at the end of November cause the dealership was having Black Friday sales and was trying to make their quota for the month. I threw out $34,000 (sticker price was $36,750) and they accepted it. There should be some great end of the year deals too, so just keep checking the new inventory at your local dealerships and be patient.

Hope to see you around!

Hahaha, that is a wonderful coincidence. Maybe GSR owners are GSR owners for life.

Yeah man, you should definitely get one! I just bought mine a few weeks ago and it is by far the best car I've ever owned. it will take you a while to find a good one at a reasonable price with a clean carfax, but it's well worth it. I had been looking for a few months before I found one. I was actually just looking at VIII's and IX's because I didn't think I could afford a X. but I found mine which is an '08 GSR with 44K miles for $22,991. Just keep looking man, the right one is out there somewhere...

Thanks for the words of encouragement! There is a slight chance I may be moving so I'm waiting on that before I buy a new car but I reaaaaallly want a X. I test drove a 2011 GSR on black Friday and fell in love a little bit. I still want to test drive an MR just to see the difference before I commit, but I agree that finding what I want at the right price is the biggest challenge as of yet... Btw, this "man" is a "woman" lol. Nice to meet you all
