Hi! I'm Kris, wanted to drop in and introduce myself, I picked up a '12 WW GSR on November 27th. I come from the Subie community, I actually owned a 03 OZ Rally when I was 16. Moved on to '99 2.5RS that I built, a '05 WRX that I built over the years, moved to a 2011 Mazdaspeed3 and hated it, went to a '08 STI, had so many issues with my STI that I traded it in for my Evo. I've done quite a bit of reading through the various forums (I'm on evoxforums, socalevo and here), trying to get as familiar as I could.

I'm a banker for a financial institution. Snowboarder, crossfitter.

as far as my plans for the evo, this is my dd, but I'd like to make it a bit exciting. I like having fun cars, and my 16 year old nephew drives a lancer GTS, so he's always looking to me for inspiration.

So far,
exterior: i've debadged the trunk, put vinyl overlays on the fog lights, rear reflectors, and 3rd brake light. The car came lowered (i havent checked if its just springs or coil overs yet). HID conversion kit.
interior: garageline alcantara shift boot, led interior bulbs, 5% tint all around
performance: K&N drop in air filter.


coming soon,
performance: test pipe, cat back, UICP
exterior: 20mm spacers, drilled and slotted rotors, gloss black roof overlay, vortex generator, LED tail lights, blacked out and projector headlights, rain guards. plastidip the stock wheels; i'm a fan of our stock enkei's, just not the color -- probably going with a dark gray.
interior: ebrake replacement, shift knob, oem mmcs nav unit.

thanks Kat Radical, that's the intention; we'll see how it comes together. got a little trigger happy last night and placed an order for the K&N Short ram and UICP combo, and a Perrin Catback. =x

 

so, i got my Perrin catback in. Went to back my car up onto my rhino ramps to do my install and noticed my bumper looked odd...



yup. had the car 3 weeks...

Little update, thus far I have installed;

Foglight overlays.
ARK STB Turbo Timer.

This week sometime I am expecting a black vinyl roof overlay, and a Cobb Shiftknob.

 

Up next till be:

Stoptech drilled & slotted rotors
front lip
rain guards
plastidip my wheels (either dark grey or black; i havent decided)
Rally armor flaps
and finally repairing my bumper.
