What's the 0-60 time on an evo? A stock bone dry evo?

A stock Evo around 5.0 - 5.5, all depends on the driver ability to drive.

I have seen tests on the Evo ranging anywhere from 4.6-5.5

IMO - all test would probably include a launch

The different results are robably due to the drivers ability and the Evo itself. I understand that not all Evo's put out the exact same power numbers. So some are faster than others. The time can also be afected by when the 0-60 time was ran in the testing process. You want the car to be warmed up but not to hot.

I pulled a 4.65 completely "stock" with a hard launch but not neck breaking. This was at the strip with track conditions equal to the public roads. If you can pull a high 1.7 or low 1.8 0-60ft and clear the 1-2 shift, then a sub 5 second 0-60mph time is there. If you know your 1/8 mile time and mph, do the math.
