Intakes
Well i am in the process of getting a new intake for my lancer. i have been looking and can't decide. i am looking into the injan, the rmr products and the road race one

also thinking about doing the evo hood scope mood with this one.

Personaly, I would go wit the injen. I have it and i am very very pleased with it. It sounds freaking amazing, looks massivly nice, and i can feel a slight gain in performance. I have recieved nothing but comments. http://www.adventon.com/ is probably the cheapest place you can get the intake. I got mine form there and they are very good. Came fairly fast considering it was UPS, and they reply quick and effectivly. Adventon+Injen=A Hell Of A Buy.

Read more. They complained of the piping overheating. Force fitting is almost never the answer in automotive applications...at least that's been my experience (what little I've had).

Er...I don't see how it could be worth it. A) you're manhandling the aluminum piping B) the piping ends up sitting next to your radiator (so much for cold air ) C) any time you're adding more bends/kinks/etc. you're hampering whatever performance gains the new intake would give you.
