Your question has been answered at least a few times before. Nobody was "bashing" you either. If you did a search for your question before posting you most likely would have found your answer more easily though. People are generally less likely to give you a friendly answer, if any answer at all, if the questions already been responded to elsewhere.

To get a wheel hp number, go to a wheel dyno. Where they test the car's hp by putting in on various runs (in 4th gear, which is closest to a gear ratio of 1:1) and give you the hp number.
For a running vehicle, it's very hard to get flywheel hp, you can only use the wheel hp divided by the estimated drivetrain energy loss (~10% for FF, ~15% for FR, ~25-30% for AWD) to give you an estimated number
Manufacturers test actual flywheel hp in their mega-bucks R&D facility.
