I have 15 posts and it has been more than 15 days since my account has been created, still unable to post in marketplace. UNLESS is it 15 days AFTER my 15th post?

 

I read it had to be 15 on-topic posts and show n shine posts don't count, but other than those I'm not sure what constitutes an on-topic post because I've posted quite a bit on some threads with no change to my post count and they were for sure on topic...
