Question Lancer replacement body parts ?

I just purchased a 2002 Lancer and need a few body parts. I need the front air dam and the plastic part that goes around the rear bumper. Where can I find these other than a dealer and how hard to install ? I'm fairly handy with tools. Also I need a replacement radio, original one was stolen. Nothing fancy, just am & fm would be fine. Where can I get a repair manual, maybe a Chilton ? What about the original owners manual ? I bought this car just for inexpensive transportation only, I drive 90 miles round trip to work. Thanks for the help.
