Yes, with a cat in place you can expect the car to be much quieter than it is now, which now that I think about it is going to be tough to be A LOT quieter as it's pretty darn quiet now.

Installation can easily be done in your driveway on ramps. I put the muffler on the car with it on the ground, no ramps, no jack. The catback pipe was already on and I was swapping back and forth. You do need an impact wrench or a lot of muscle and a 1/2" drive ratchet to tighten down the band clamps though, they have to be TIGHT and they form to the tubing. Installation cost from a shop should be about $50.

More pics in general please. The ground clearance on this new system looks great.

are the tips too close to the diffuser, any issues with that area getting too hot and melting? the stock tips have a decent amount of space between them and the diffuser... just wondering

+1 for the additional undercarriage pictures and the issue with the tips being so close to the diffuser.

Any issues with it melting?

No way will the diffuser melt, the tips have a finger width between them on my car and the way the muffler goes on that height is adjustable. You can install the muffler with 2" of clearance in there if you'd like.

I do not have a spare lift to get the car on for pics. The routing is simple and has been described twice in this thread. I will get pics if we ever have an empty lift. Two lifts both with engine jobs on them now.

The power gains with the catback and a tune are hard to say, it will depend on who is tuning the car. By far the largest initial gain you can make on the EVOX is in a simple tune and nothing else. I hate to answer, I think just tunes have gained over 70 whp, like I say, depends on the tuner. I think our exhaust alone with no tune gained about 24 whp initially, that was the True Dual and if my memory serves me correctly.

The car is going back to the track tomorrow!

Any chance for a quad-tip setup? I like the sound, but I'm waiting for a dual 3.5" twin-tip style catback with a nice exhaust note (mainly for Aesthetics) :-)

Sorry, no chance of that from us. No quality, reasonably priced twin tips available.

How is the height adjustable? Rotate the hangers?

Sounds like most of the important questions have been answered! Thanks for the quieter exhaust and I can't wait for other people's reviews!

Great job on this, I've been unhappy with the clearance on my true dual catback with the bullet muffler and I've been looking to sell and get a replacement that fits better and is "quieter"....but now that you guys came up with this and depending on what "special pricing" you can give us, I'll keep my business with you PM sent.

Can you please post pics/video when you get it installed. I really want to hear a couple more reviews and sound clips before pulling the trigger on one of these.

the catback video/sound clip is misleading being that your car (buschur's X) has a turbo back with a *test pipe*.

post a sound clip on an x with just the catback to be more accurate.

clearance, build quality, all stainless steel, price, livable sound...
i'm almost sold on this one, i just need to hear it with the factory dp and cat on or a highflow cat.

thanks.
