you know, in a way, it may be a good thing that herbal's dealer tried that B.S. because it suggests the actual MSRP may be lower than $34,999.

Is it possible that they got to see the window sticker of the car they're getting before the car arrived? Not suggesting they did, just asking if that would be possible.

Why would a dealer lie and risk the price turning out to be higher? If I went up there today and bought it, sight unseen, and the actual MSRP turned out to be $38K, the dealer would be screwed.

I just can't believe a dealer would be so stupid as to call someone up after making him wait for 4 months for a price and then tell him a fictional price when we're so close to the cars actually showing up. That would just be so stupid, it's sad.

damn. i thought this was a mitsu board. why the hell is everyone talkin about jumpin ship? i've got an sti. if i didn't have an sti and the mr and sti were available, it would honestly be a toss up. the mr can spank the sti in just about every category. the quality and warranty might not be there. but damn. the car is so money. just the roof amazes me. it took the engineers a long time to come up with a way to even get the aluminum and steel together. the tranny, acd, rims, suspension,v-generators, etc. the car is the ish

It's amazing, but how much more "amazing" is it than a regular 05 Evo? $5,000 buys a lot of modifications.

Pricing has been announced from MMNA. Everyone should be getting calls from their dealers with MSRP (email was just sent out to all retailers). Call them and tell them to check their emails. Expect the press release on the Mitsu website soon.

Evos will ship to dealers dealers starting in the West, Northcentral, and Southwest states.

Vessels will arrive at the port next week and ship out the following week for dealers in the Northeast and Southeast.
Here is the pricing info...

RS-28199 (alum pedals, gauge kit, and shift knob)
GSR-30499
GSR-w/sun and sound-33619
MR-34999(Alum pedals, c/f alum brake grip, 6MT shift knob, vortex generator, gauge kit, wheel locks)

Many people will think I am BSing these prices. I will put money down on it!!!

Price just keeps climbing, must be the added cost of ACD and demand?

Roseville, CA has STi's for 500 under invoice. Don't tell me that's BS because I bought one for that in August.
