i disagree with that...subys have the turbo near the firewall which = less cooling efficiency.

Explain how its better cooling than having it at the front of the car where all the air inlets are located

op is obviously hungry for more knowledge, however as is blatantly clear, no one know anything about the evo X yet. we need to wait at least until sept for a reveal on specs.

and if anyone has seen that engine bay, good luck putting parts in there or taking parts out. you couldnt fit a mouse in that engine bay. plus, dodge + mitsu+ alum bloc. = failure!

On the contrary we have the GTS model in stock now and I've look at it closely and there is tons and tons of room. The space between the head and the firewall is huge. You can fit a pumpkin sized turbo back there. The space inside the bumper and accesibility for piping is huge. Remember the same engine in non turbo form sits in the lancers. Go to your local Mitsu dealer and look at one. You'll be pleasantly surprised. I was a X hater but in person the GTS trim level model looks bad ***. I think the Evo is gonna look sick in real life. If it performs and is moddable it's gonna be a slick ride. If the wife lets me I'm gonna order a manual trans one I think.

^ Indeed the new Lancers have tons of room in the engine bay. I cant wait till the X is realized. On top of all, I cant wait for that S-AWC.

No. But in all seriousness, are you saying that the X is going to have low support? Please elaborate... seeing as you work for mitsu.
