Come on man, how many times do we have to go through this
Technically speaking the gentleman's agreement doesn't exist anymore but still many Japanese auto makers are still very influenced by it and to tell you the truth, the gentleman's agreement never really did exist except on paper. People use some freakin' common sense, if the X is truly making well over 300lb/ft of torque then you can rest assure the horsepower number is around the same or more.

The IX has over 300 bhp. Like the IX, the X will most definitely be underrated. Who cares what the number on paper is gonna be. What matters is what happens when you press the pedal.

It's basically missing the components that make up S-AWC. This might be a good or bad thing, depending which way you look at it. The RS will be more of a driver's car because it won't have all that extra techy stuff interfering with the controls. It'll be interesting when Motor Trend does another comparo between all the Evo variants.

Anyone notice the optional kit on the last page??
Also, did they re-add the amber/red strip along the dashboard from the prototype?? It's on page 13 (top left, lit up) and page 12.
Can't believe the 18" wheels look small on this car! I don't think its out of the question to see people fitting aftermarket 20" wheels on this beast, just like the prototype-x BBS wheels.
