The GSR trim level is offered in a lineup of five body colors designed to strongly project a functionally aesthetic image and including a vividly sporty Red Metallic and a new classy and deep-hue Phantom Black Pearl. RS is offered in two body colors, including White Solid which is exclusive to this trim level.

damn...that kinda sucks doesn't it? I was hoping for a WW MR

btw, let's compare brembos on the two trim levels, GSR and MR

GSR gets these:

MR gets these babies:

After reading through, I am quite impressed with the new car.

I do hope the new motor response to mods like the old one.

Curb Weight:
1. RS 5M/T 1420kg (3131lb)

3. GSR TC-SST 1540kg (3395lb)
Where'd you find these weight specs?

Hey there sparky...you do realize that the top is a REAR brake and the bottom is a FRONT brake setup.

Christ's sake people, get your farkin' $heeit straight before throwing around a bunch of mis-information.

What is that about the RS rims? are the 16", where did the Brembo brake went?
The RS looks like a regular Lancer. And what is all that about the RS not having the Super AYC? . I put my money on the Evo IX for now.

Carlos
Mitsubishi needs something to homologate for Group N, so by the looks of it, it will be the RS.

So from that standpoint the RS makes perfect sense: No ABS, brakes that will clear a 15" wheel and no AYC or any of the other "Super All Wheel Control" stuff that is useless on gravel and is added weight, complexity and expense, not to mention a serviceability and durability nightmare.

I just can't wait till the 4B11 cnt touch the milestones the 4G63 has.. It seems pretty good for stock, but despite the changes and advantages it doesn't seem like its going to be a match.. I say this engine is very limited but very nice for factory..

Still the so called X looks nothing like an EVO but its okay.. at the end of the day.. iys still ugly.. IMHO.. hahahha
