when i bought my car they said they dont budge on the price of evos, only if they have too many miles on them from transporting.

 

You got the best deal in 03' period. I would call bs but who cares. I called 15 dealers in socal in April 03' after the first batch hit the ground with cash and I got a 100 under MSRP. The first evo's were easy to sell as the car had not been here in the states and the numbers were limited. It was very common to see window stickers with 5k, 10k and even 20k was posted with pictures in the very beginning. The 05's were had just before the ix's came out for 4-5k under msrp with 0% to get ready for the ix which has been to date the best deal on an evo. When the x comes out it will have a lot of hype as a new model and the gap of not having any 07' changes to the ix will make it high in demand. Trust me the dealerships will let you walk out when the only have 2 on the initial shipment which is what the rumor is and you offer a few hundred over invoice. Some cars can be had for invoice all day, a brand new model that is successful is not one....ie...335i, g37, m5, m6, evo, mini, even a new accord etc.....
