^^ Not sure about american specs, but here in Canada, our GSRs are able to choose something called a performance handling package. So we can upgrade to get the MR rims, 2 piece brakes, and the large wing
2010 GSRs are only given the small GTS wing lol anyone selling their large wing??

 

Does Mitsu sell plenty of Eclipses? I liked them back in the mid 90s but man that car is just terrible looking now. Mitsu should redesign it or just get rid of it.... unless otherwise someone can chime in and show if they really are selling a good amount of them... I guess they are if they are still making it. I mean if you are gonna make a convertible 2 door coupe/roadster, at least make it more like the S2000 and this way you have the EVO offering AWD 4 door performance and the Eclipse as a 2 door roadster.

Like I said earlier, I actually like the smaller wing... I would probably trade if I end up getting a X. This is the reason I want to see the full specs / options for ALL 2011 EVOs.

 

They sell enough to justify its existence, plus it is nearing the end of the current model's life, so more then likely it will be built on the Lancer platform next time around - or maybe an extended Lancer platform along with the next Galant. Saying it should be built like the S2000 is kind of ironic because the S2000 sold in fewer numbers then the Eclipse does and was cancelled due to low sales.

Evo`s will not be discontinued, you were obviously being duped by the dealership to force you to buy an evo that year. Why would Mitsubishi remove their flagship car? Really? Thats like saying...

"OKAY Subaru! YOU WIN! WE GIVE UP!"

Mitsubishi is huge in WRCX and other Rally`s... Dont think they`ll get rid of that car.
Evo`s dont come out in Years...they come out in Evolution models...

When the EVO first came to America in 03' they were a yearly release. ie; 03 04 05 06... I think the only reason for the EVO's skipping years now is becuase of the economy. What do you guys think?

same thing i was wondering. I believe that since Galant, Endeavor and Eclipse are all manufactured in Illinois, and the fact that barely any canadians buy the Endeavor or the Galant and the Eclipse isnt making as much sales as projected they`re cutting back costs. Eclipse will continue up untill calendar year 2011.

 

They should redesign the eclipse on the Lancer platform. If it looked good and had Evo power, I would buy it. I'm happy at least the Evo continues on.
