Can you please confirm if there are any minor changes in the 2013 model. I see Mitsu replaced Octane Blue with Cosmic Blue, but I hear a rumor that Rally Red will change as well. Any help would be appreciated.

The first one is a cosmic blue... that is the darker ... They are still calling it Rally red which makes me believe they are the same , other than that we wont know till they hit the ground ,,,
Mitsu has not realeased any information stating changes for 2013 , but I may have missed it ...

The color code for the 2012 on the rally red and the 2013 are the same.

The Enkei wheels have been std since 08 on the GSR models!!! The 13's look to be the same as the 2012's prob just left over's being sold as 13's!!

 

I know but that was the only thing that could be different on the list ....
Just hopeing I guess.

 

I am guessing the car will remain the same, but may get minor touches like in years prior. Has there been a model year since it's introduction Mitsu has not made minor changes to the Evo? We know they are adding a new color, so perhaps there are other tweaks to the interior and elsewhere. Hopefully we are pleasantly surprised :-)

Here is history of changes for Evo since 2010 according to Cars.com:

New for 2010

A well-equipped MR Touring trim level is new for 2010 and includes a moonroof, leather upholstery, heated front seats and automatic headlights. Subtle styling changes include revised taillights and a new antenna.

New for 2011

For 2011, the Evolution features a retuned exhaust note and enhanced electronics. Much like Ford's Sync system, Mitsubishi's new Fuse system enables drivers to call up music from a docked MP3 player. The optional navigation system adds real-time traffic, and a USB port for MP3 players is now standard. Reshuffled trim levels leave last year's SE and MR Touring trims by the wayside. The features on both, however, are available optionally in the remaining Evolution GSR and MR. Both trims now include standard rear spoilers.

New for 2012

The Lancer Evolution GSR gains an upshift light on its center display, and the MR model adds an Eco indicator

 

I'd like to pass on some info communicated to me by a service tech. about mitsu's FUSE system. He told me Mitsubishi will be able to see what program your vehicle has in the computer. If it doesn't match the factory code, your warranty will be void. If someone closer to "the business" can confirm, deny, correct, add or subtract to this I would appreciate it. Just passing on, hopefully useful, information.

This is what I think also. They did the same with the Eclipse. I wonder if they will produce as many 13's as they did 12's. Or if more or less will be produced?

What does this mean? You referring to tune?
