Engine Overboost...getting pissed!!!

What about a Dyno flash or Ecutek, will it still cause the same problems

Correct.. As long as you know whats causing it.. Keep in mind that the UTEC doesn't care if the ECU is oozing jello...

If you want the car to pass an OBD-II inspection, turn the boost down to 16psi or less, use the passthrough or map1 with a very lame map with ECU Passthrough timing and drive it for a day before the inspection..

cell's like overboost, fuel trim lean (thats an open loop issue not closed loop), O2 sensor rich/lean or slow.. etc.. just ignore them for the most part and reset the ECU.. you "could" get a reflash to alter the MAF curve and ignore the boost cut settings, but your much better off not doing it.
