Has anybody ever herd of Extreme motorsports? Just curious if any of you on this site have gone to them or herd of the quality of work they do? Im sure you guys have seen the shop car before cuz i recognized it (92 eagle talon runs 8's), but ive never seen any press realse or talk about this company. They seem to have worked on some pretty nice cars incluiding evo's. There daily driven Evo runs 11.6 @118 on stock turbo. I tried a search and came up with nothing.

Yes, of course. Extreme is one of the most well-known shops in the DSM community right up there with Buschur. They pioneered many things on the DSM just like Buschur, but they were slow to get in on the Evo market. Sean's daily driven Evo has the stock 9.8 hotside and has run an 11.59@119.5 right in front of me at Capitol Raceway. I ran a 12.0 the same night, but wasn't close to Sean's times or mph. They have just recently started doing EcuTek flashes and have their own alky kit that uses a laptop to configure and such.

However, they are extremely...I repeat...EXTREMELY expensive and don't really care. People still pay for their products and work, so they charge an arm and a leg. I'm very surprised you searched and didn't find anything about them. They are extremely well-known just not to all the previous-Honda-driving-teens who just got into the 4G63 scene...

 

idk, i typed in a few different searches and couldnt find anything if anyone finds a thread about the shop post it please. Im sorta curious about them and his work compared to buschur/AMS/Pruven???? Like I said they all have similar cars and have done similar builds, but Sean @ Extreme had some different views compared to the big 3. Just food for thought i guess.

I want to do the 2.3 + 35/37r, but Extreme recommend the 2.0 build saying it ran more "natural". Also he liked denatured Alky rather then str8 meth because it is somewhat corrosive.

Has anyone had any work done by them?
