You say your goal is to hit the 11s. Are you just looking to hit 11.99 or are you looking for mid to low 11s?

11.99 is my goal on pump gas which I feel confident that I'm there but I also want to see ~ 400awhp in DLL ... it's just a milestone

currently I'm at 12.0:1

unhappy with the forge bov driveability I swapped in the stock bov and did some testing:

my clutch still won't let me have a hard launch but I focused on some quicker shifting... this is the 2nd 1/4 mile run I've done with the stock bov and evogreen and it's a new best mph

60' 1.99 (slipping clutch)
12.1
117.9mph

the car just jumps up and goes after each shift now... Like I said the other day.. I knew the car felt faster with the stock bov, now I know it's true.

new best mph 117.9 and new best DLL dyno 382awhp up from 116.7 and 372 with the forge bov... after only two attempts to beat the previous personal bests.

working with a vendor on my forum www.racevideoforums.com to get the Aquamist HSF-5 water injection kit to really see what the evogreen can do.

in the mean time I'm still waiting on PPI for the ported intake and 65mm throttle body

I just ordered some new parts from BR

Evolution Steering Column Dual Pod - for my existing boost gauge and coming aquamist gauge

Buschur Racing Evolution MAF Pipe Kit - finally getting ride of the stock intake pipe that looks like a dryer hose for my laundry

Evolution Deluxe Upper I/C Pipe Kit - the stock two piece piping is always blowing apart, very annoying and the reduced bends might help airflow a bit

Evolution Buschur Racing Mini Battery Kit - less weight and allows clearance of the UICP

Very good upgrades. Are you going to test the BR parts before the aquamist?

that's the plan However, I don't expect to gain with the UICP, I think the stocker is fine, it's just the stock two piece likes to blow apart and the hoses flex. I do see room for improvement with the stock intake pipe to the turbo, but again, I doubt I'll see any big gains. We'll find out soon!

You would think that the initial boost spike would be higher due to less hose flex

I tend to agree, we'll see

btw, I like a good boost spike, it gives me some crazy torque that makes the local modded STI guy say... WTF JUST HAPPENED

I think this is my favorite thread. I originally wanted a green but am thinking about a 3065r now. I want to see your results with meth though.

well no progress with the water injection kit or 65mm tb & ported intake projects...

I ordered the Exedy Twin Disc HD clutch from chris@nolimits so I'll be doing a full review on the clutch and their service once I get it broken in properly and do some launches.

I'm having to take it easy on the launches with the stock clutch for now but once I get rolling it's fine.

not sure when I'll get the Exedy installed yet but I have a local friend that owns a shop, I tune cars for him and he does my transmission work so hopefully he can squeeze me in soon.

Hopefully this will be the last clutch I need for a very long time.
