My car is down currently but I picked up a copy of ecu+ softwear.

I'm currently using ecuflash however. can i log with ecu+ softwear without actully having the brain box and just using the flash cabel.

 

um in a nutshell...NO

 

so i need to get the box to be able to log with ecu+

 

The software is ECU+ software so yeah you need the device. Kinda like running windows software,....with no PC I guess.

 

Except you can run pc softwear on a mac lol.

 

So does everyone who uses ecuflash + ecu+ logging.

Your missing the point.

They are logging with ECU+ software because they have the ECU+ hardware too. They flash the ECU with ECUFLASH, and fine tune and log with ECU+.

NO not everyone uses ECU+ to logg, there are many other avenues out there to log your car. A search will provide you a GREAT MANY options.

 

i understand that.. i have evoscan but there are some features of ecu+ i'd like to have.

 

Then you have to buy the ECU+ system. Or find some other software that has those fetures.
