The Hallman MBC is a great reliable piece. It will prevent boost taper. The stock ecu makes boost taper as is reaches the redline, I'm sure you've noticed. The Hallman wont. Mine holds a solid 21psi all the way. Set it and leave it and it'll hold. I've heard good things about Forge too, but my tuner said go w/ Hallman.

I think the only differences are that the Forge has a sort of "click" response for adjustment and the Hallman has an in-cabin adjustment option. The idea of Hallman's ceramic ball option is intriguing as well.

Both valves work well.

All of our UNOS MBCs feature a ceramic ball as of about 3 months ago... no change in price.
