im gettin my tuned next week..all it has is a small 30r on it along with the rest of the kit...wastegate downpipe manifold.. etc... and of course boost controller everything else is stock... im curious if anyone knos wat the car will make..?? let me kno.. i have a evo 8.. 2005..

 

so ur on stock exhaust lol and no cams or injectors or fuel pump or wat list complete mods.

 

l give ya a full 380-420hp. all depending on your mods.

 

What kind of dyno and what does a stock 05 put down on the dyno?

 

just said stock papa..lol im not gonna add the fuel pump or injectors and the rest of the exhaust until i can afford the twin disc clutch..

 

my car car got reflashed wit just a filter and boost controller and made 278 the wheels..and now i just put the kit on and im curious wat ima make...

 

u need those supporting mods lol ur adding more air therefore u need fuel. didnt ur tuner explain this to u lol u cant just upgrade a turbo

 

Wow a 30r on a stock Evo . Its not a bad thing but usually people get all the bolt ons and then a turbo kit.

 

of course he did like any other tuner they want u to spend about a million dollars to turn it into a race car..but like i said i had the turbo kit just sittin in my house so i said y not just put it in and make a little bit more power before i get my clutch and put the rest of the mods in...so back the question i asked...does anyone kno how much power i would make..? im already makin 278whp..

 

who knows dont get your hopes up thats all i have to say make sure your intercooler pipes are tight..........

 

Very true^. Get some better clamps then the stock ones. You will probably blow a hose off. My guess is around 50-75 WHP extra

 

if you have some mods it will be nice. i saw couple people with 370 - 411 whp with supports and depend on wat gas you use.

 

just wait till you have everything and do it all at once save yourself some time and money it would be a waste of both if you go and your stock clutch starts to slip or you max out your injectors you gotta pay to play dont be a fool

 

get some logs after it's tuned and run them through DLL to get an idea...guessing about HP before being tuned is just that...guessing.
