idk how much i can help you but hopefully it helps a little. so my battery went out too and i replaced it. my car would only idle funny when it was warm or even if i just gave it a tiny bit of gas, it would drop the rpms really low then shoot to like 1200, then drop to like 700, then shoot back up, and even sometimes it would die. i went to a dealership, and they said it could take up to 40 ignition starts for it to relearn where to idle at, and now mine is fine after about 2 weeks. so i would give it a week or two before u panic. after 2 weeks get it looked at if its still doin it. as far as ur tune, i have no idea. i hope this helped a little

yea it took 2 weeks of driving a few times a day for mine, it might be longer or shorter for urs, but not by much.

I had this happen on my car with a power fc. The battery terminal came loose, I fixed it, and no idle. It ended up killing the idle circuit inside the ecu itself. I took the ecu apart and it looked fine but I tested the outputs at the ecu and iacv. The circuit was dead. I got a new ecu and it idles fine now.
