I recently installed an LC-1 and started tuning AFRs. I did a couple of runs, following some adjusting here are the two pulls in VDR.

Im still running stock turbo/intercooler & injectors(about 93-95% peak).

Why is the curve flatlining when it hits 5500rpm..what is this due to? Im guessing a restriction...maybe turbo, intercooler, hot air or something else?

In 3rd my load peaks between 280-300 @ 3800rpm, 275 @ 5500rpm, 240 @ 7000rpm, 225 @7500rpm.

Air temps during the day ~34C (91F).

Mods: forged pistons, Manley billet rods, ARP heastuds, Ralliart clutch, GSC S1, Forge RS DV, AEM 5 stud cam gears (set to -4/-1), K&N Typhoon, 3inch TBE, 100cell cat, Walbro 255, Tactrix 3port running Tephra v7.

 

i did another run at night with the air being cooler and it seemed to help that top end.

Suggestions?

 

bump!!

would i gain much out of just a new intercooler + piping kit or should i just go with something like a fp red/black coz thats around all the stock turbo is good for on pump?
