ecuflash help

I am getting remotely tuned and I have just been sent my fisrt map except I am new to all of this and I cant figure out how to rewrite my ecu with this map my tuner has sent to me. Any help would be awesome. I have ecu flash, evo scan, and tactrix cable. what was sent to me is a tehpramod.xml and the tune which I think is a .bin. i need to obviously get this onto my ecu. my tuner is a busy guy and I need help kind of right now

thanks

you need to copy the .xml file the tuner sent you into the ecuflash/rommetadata/mitsubishi/evo folder. Then it will recognize it.

I figured if I posted a link to a huge thread I'd get the "I don't want to read all that, is there a faster way?" response, so figured videos were the better option. Can never win I guess.

You don't need to watch them all, during the first few seconds you should be able to see if the content of that video is what you need.

haha id rather read. but yeah thats what i did i put the xml file in the openecu/ecuflash/mitsubishi/evo except i still was having a problem but i think it was because i went into options in ecuflach and changed the file directory, but put it back to normal and it worked but either way i think i rewrote my ecu with the new map. it was the file name my tuner sent to me so must be doing it right. thanks for the help man
