New to tuning

Ok, so here are the mods:

2006 Evo 9 MR
Speed Density
STOCK block and head
ETS tubular manifold
MAP o2 housing with external dump
Megan downpipe
UR test pipe
HKS Ti catback
MAP EF4 turbo with 25 psi WGA

ETS 3.5" FMIC
ETS LICP
ETS turbo inlet pipe
ETS UICP Long route switched to short route**
Synapse DV switched to Tial Q**

walbro 255
sparktech COP
grimmspeed 3 port BCS
AEM wideband
OMNI 4 bar MAP sensor
PTE 1200cc injectors

I got my base tune from Tom at TSComptuned and was running 475/375. We kept the tq low because my car is my daily driver and it has high miles so we wanted to be on the safe side.

So now to the reason I am posting: I wanted to tune the changes myself. The only thing i changed was my long route pipe to the short route and i changed BOV to the tial q. I figure this change isn't really THAT big and should be able to figure it out, but I was hoping one of you guys could point me in the right direction. I posted my most recent log along with a pic of the virtual dyno graphs of an old log and the new one side by side. I welcome all input..again I want to figure this out but I need a little nudge. I am a hands on kind of learner and the manuals are written well but i learn better from others. Thanks peeps!

speed density involves a lot more stuff.. its hard to just teach it straight out.

the tial Q bov can make a huge impact on the tune if the old one was leaking. for example, i went from a forge type RS to a tial Q and it changed everything.

The tial Q bov is one bad *** bov! the short route upper pipe will move more air efficiently as well as you can see between just the 2 mods less boost and it went way leaner then before.

ultimate afr should be kept within 11.0-11.5 on knock prone gasoline.
