I'm not 100% sure on what the question is here but I think the answer is yes.
I had an ECUTEK tune on my car and I managed to pull the ROM and modify and reflash. There should be no problem with vice versa. If you have an ECUTEK tune currently you will need ECU unlocker to get the ROM off with ECUFlash.
ECUTEK and ECUFlash are very similar software that do the same thing.
