So the guy who did my tune has never tuned an Evo before. He did it on a mustang dyno. It came out to 255 hp 196 tq on pump gas. 19 lb boost.
Mods:

Injen intake, upper and lower intercooler piping

Not sure on fuel pump or cams..
It idles like it has cams but sometimes it idle normal?
Just looking for some feedback

You can definitely make more power out of your setup but you really should find out what parts are on the car (fuel pump, injectors, turbo, cams). A tuner can only do so much with the equipment you have. More importantly how does the car feel now after the tune. What did it put down before the tune?

It has a stock turbo, or evo9? Don't know the difference sadly.. But before the tune it was sitting at 221hp 172tq. Idk the psi cause I don't have my boost gauge yet. But it pulls a lot better now tho.

Don't get hung up on the number so much but I'm sure you can squeeze more power safely with the right parts and higher boost level (~300hp on a mustang dyno). It all depends on your goals really but I'd certainly invest in a wideband, boost gauge, and fuel pump (if you don't have one already) in the meantime. Have fun with your car!

Alright man thanks! I'm wanting to get as close to 400hp with a stock turbo as I can. For a daily driver. I'm picking up both gauges this weekend.
