02 Sensor replace- still throwing code

Had a Denso o2 sensor in before a tune and threw a code during the tune.

Tuner said that it was weird because it threw a code but seemed to reading/acting fine.

Replaced it with another Bosch O2 and apparently its still throwing the code... Any ideas?

link to both of the Denso o2 sensors I used.

whats the code, p0134? could be a connection issue. Also I read an exhaust leak could cause it. Any issues with the car with the code on?
