Problem with EVO IX Bumper Shipment
It seems pretty obvious that the bumper was marketed THIS YEAR with the lip.
Take a screen shot of the original post, and keep this thread alive.
Don't let them fix their mistake out of your wallet. They should either take the bumper back and fully refund you or get you the lip.

i havent bought anything from them yet, but i asked them a quote on a specific exhaust and they kept giving me a price and part number for a different exhaust saying that it was the right one. i called them back to talk to the salesman i had been dealing with (since he never returned any of my emails, showing him that he kept giving me the wrong part), and talked to another guy (i wish i could remember his name because he was super cool and knew what he was talkin about.) he seemed like the only one that knew something in that place. anyways, back to my main issue, the original guy i had been talkin to thru email kept sayin it was the right exhaust, and i even emailed him back 2 or 3 times asking him if he was 120% sure that it was the EXACT part i was looking for and he said yes. he just wanted me to order it from him and im guessing he makes something off of the sale.....that pissed me off and didnt want to do any sort of business with him....
im glad that when i called the last time, someone that had knowledge of their parts that they carry, picked up.

WOW man, your luck is just horrible! lol I can't say that i have personally ordered anything from them yet, but i have had many friends who have, with great results. I do however beleive that something should be done for you as far as the lip is concerned...they stated it themselves that they put customer service first, but by saying they can't do anything for you on the lip is not practicing what they preech...
Overall i think long-term it will get sorted out, the guys at gruppe-s.com seem like very reasonable buisness men!

i definitely agree with LI Pinky....im sure that they will look at their mistake and pull through, or at least im hoping they will since they are such a big company with the EvoM people....

I honestly dont know why gruppe-s would do such a thing to a customer. False advertisement and then lying to the customer over the phone claiming that I am wrong. Being a well experienced business that gruppe-s is, they should know as much as they can about the product and even doublecheck before they tell facts to a customer. Having to call long distance because they dont return PM's and take days to return an email aggravates me. Even after giving my number to Gary, which I was told is the TOP GUY, and having him tell me that the lip is not included is BS. After all that, they even tried to make me pay more for something I had already bought.
Being Scammed by a company is 10x worst than being scammed by a single person. Because of this situation I in turn hope Gruppe-s will taking action on their mistakes and HELP their customer.
I will keep this thread update after every detail occurs.
