Ask Mike@Forge about the fun he had with his EVO IX rear bumber from gruppe-s. While it wasnt thier fault persay, the cheap asz greyhound shipping is a direct cost savings thing.

yea i read that thread. luckily my issue is directly involved with gruppe-s and no secondary company.

I dont understand why gruppe-s would start a company in a facility and also decided to base it on the internet as well and not be able to handle it.

Also 500whp.com had a good price on a JDM IX Rear Bumper. If they don't make good, Small Claims Court!

contact the BBB and ur credit card company thats complete BS and tell groupes to refund some money like 15% back for this b/s hassle

Holy crap am I glad I just stumbled onto this thread. I was just about to put an order in for IX front and JDM rear tomorrow.

Man Im really sorry to hear about your bad experience, but thanks for posting it up so others wont make the same mistake. I hope you get everythin worked out.

Mental note: don't buy anything from Gruppe-S again.

Its there mistake, they should send you the part for free and right it off as a loss. No big deal. I dont know why they have a hard time making a customer happy

more bad news... Just got off the phone with randy this is what he said," I'm not sure exactly when you'll get the lip, but you will get it. I'm talking to the jdm parts guys but we are not sure yet. I can estimate that you will get it late november, but thats not final either." LATE NOVEMBER??? WTF? So I buy everything for $799 and I wait 3 Months (1 month too long). Then receive with no lip or tow hook covers and Gruppe-s wants me to pay extra to buy one. And now I have to wait 2 EXTRA MONTHS??? thats bs...
