It will probably take some time to show up It may take a month or so I believe... still faster than trying to get the problem resolved through the company.

8 days with no response. Great customer service I wanted to get a JDM IX rear but didn't like the shipping through greyhound and now after this, no chance I'd ever order from em.

Honestly, i would just call your cc and do a charge back since you have the proof. At this pt, it prob isn't worth all the headache and hassle.

well, if i do a chargeback, do i still get to keep the bumper? and what would i get back? I really cant return the bumper and order another one because I really wouldnt like to wait any longer.

Of course you can't keep the bumper, you're not paying for it if you do a charge back. Your credit card company will require proof that the item in dispute has been returned.

I would send it back the cheapest way possible and do the charge back.

What would the cost of a stock lip be? Use that towards a Ralliart lip and pay the difference. Yeah, I know more money towards their way doesn't sound appealing, but it could be faster.

It would look sweet with your CF hood.

FWIW I got some stuff from them and no problems. But I agree, they should be handling this better.

This is kind of weird. You can't be the first person to buy a IX bumper from them. I'm sure we would have heard of something like this before. I mean who wants a bumper without a lip?

I will never do business with Groupe S that fact that they have not even responded to this thread shows how wrong they are. They just lost another customer.

For them to actually have the audacity to tell you over the phone that it did not include the lip when you both factually knew that it did shows what gruppe-s's intentions are as a vendor. Once they get your money they could care less as we've seen many times from these guys. Unfortunately most of these threads get deleted by the evom vendor ***** so future victims can't be warned .
I would explain the situation to your cc company and try to find a way to screw them with the shipping charges.

Yup they are loosing more customers day by day. They had time to make a post about the helix exhuast sounds clips but havent dealt with a customers issues. I have never bought anything from them and dont plan to buy anything due to this situation...
